What is your return policy for opened items?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. For opened electronics, they must be in original packaging with all accessories included; a small restocking fee may apply.
Are the devices sold on Pixio brand new or refurbished?
We primarily sell brand new, factory-sealed products. If an item is certified refurbished, it will be clearly labeled on the product page with a detailed condition report.
