Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pixio account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronics in their original factory packaging, including all cables, stands, and documentation, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
